Lynnette Astaire, is an American plant-based chef who started her first food business at age 11, launched her professional career in NYC and helped to build one of Oaxaca, Mexico’s most popular beach properties as partner and head chef. She’s also the founder of Superfood School a non-profit that empowers people of all diets to get more plants on their plates and the host of Superfood Sundays podcast, inspired by her + Lupe Fiasco’s pandemic-era food show. In addition to education, Lynnette is passionate about entertaining, often doing double duty as chef and host to VIP dinners around the world.
